Fidelity National Title Company (Fidelity) issued an endorsement to its title insurance policy, insuring that the manufactured homes were affixed to the land. Fidelity reviewed, among other documents, the notices. 1 (3) On page 14, in the first full paragraph, replace the second to last sentence with the following sentence: The contracts also required Vieira to identify the sewers and to provide the electric connections. The petition for rehearing is denied. There is no change in the judgment.
