No. 88-2767.

United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.

ORDER

The case is hereby resubmitted.

Delmo Knight appealed the district court's denial of his claims against the Pension Trust Fund. We affirm the district court's denial.

The district court was not clearly erroneous in holding that Board of Trustees of the Pension Trust Fund properly calculated Knight's pension in 1987. We also affirm the district court's holding that the applicable statute of limitations bars any claim for denial of plan benefits in 1970. We affirm all of the district court's rulings in all respects.

AFFIRMED.
