Borchert ENTRY OF DISMISSAL {¶ 1} On November 5, 2008, plaintiff, Gordon Hatcher, filed a complaint against defendant, Noble Correctional Institution. On January 30, 2009, defendant filed a motion to dismiss based upon the fact that a settlement had been reached with plaintiff. On February 4, 2009, plaintiff filed a letter requesting that his case be dismissed since he reached a settlement with defendant. {¶ 2} Upon review, defendant s motion to dismiss is GRANTED.
