ENTRY OF DISMISSAL UNKNOWN Defendant {¶ 1} On February 10, 2009, this court issued a pre-screening entry dismissing the Ohio Judicial Center as defendant and ordering plaintiff to file an amended complaint naming an appropriate state entity as defendant or face dismissal of his claim. Plaintiff was also ordered to either pay the $25 filing fee or to file a poverty statement. Plaintiff has failed to comply with the court orders.
