ON PETITION FOR REINSTATEMENT. ____________________ {¶ 1} This cause came on for further consideration upon the filing of respondent’s notice of taking and passing the Multi-State Professional Responsibility Exam (MPRE). {¶ 2} The court coming now to consider its order of February 15, 2023, wherein the court conditionally granted the petition of reinstatement of respondent, Blaine Lawrence Gottehrer, and ordered that he would be reinstated to the practice of law upon providing proof that he has taken and passed the MPRE, finds that respondent has complied with that order. {¶ 3} Therefore, it is ordered by this court that respondent, Blaine Lawrence Gottehrer, Attorney Registration No. 0027147, is reinstated to the practice of law in the state of Ohio. {¶ 4} It is further ordered that the clerk of this court issue certified copies of this order as provided for in Gov.Bar R. V(17)(E)(1) and that publication be made as provided for in Gov.Bar R. V(17)(E)(2). {¶ 5} For earlier case, see Cleveland Metro. Bar Assn. v.
